Session Descriptions
Community social service providers work daily on the front lines to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals and families in our communities. We’re also affected by high levels of stress, emotional exhaustion, illness and burnout. How do we strengthen our skills as community mental-health professionals, and balance our day-to-day work with our own personal wellness?
On March 3rd and 4th, 2010, join the South Island Training Initiative Society (SITI) and its 5th annual conference, as we explore “Mental Health and Wellness”. Local and international speakers will offer delegates tangible, practical tools that we can bring to our one-on-one and front-line work, and that will support our personal wellbeing. |
