Accommodation Information

Delegate Orientation InfoYou can register for individual sessions only or for a full day or full conference at a discounted rate. Note that all workshops have limited seating and selection is on a first-come first-served basis.

Student Rates: We have reserved a limited number of full-day and full-conference registrations for students at the member rate ($100 for one day or $200 for the full conference). For more information please email Patty Loveridge at info@siticonference.ca. Student registrations will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

Just complete the following 3 steps:

1) enter your personal information,

2) select which portions of the conference you will attend, and

3) select your workshop preferences (if applicable).

Note 1: Once you’ve completed your registration, we’ll email an invoice to you
(normally within two business days) that includes the fees due for your registration, payment information,
and a confirmation of your workshop choices. Please note that payment can be made only by cheque.

Note 2: If you are from a SITI member organization,
your registration payment will be coordinated by your administrator.

Cancellation Policy:
  • Until February 10, registrations can be cancelled with a full refund minus a $20 cancellation/administrative fee
  • After February 10, registrations are fully transferrable but no refund will issued. Changes to workshop selections can be made, space permitting; and
  • After February 22, no changes will be permitted to workshop selections.
